Amandine Dukhan Amandine Dukhan joined the Agence française de développement (AFD) in 2007 to work in the urban development sector. After obtaining a master's degree in urban services engineering from Rennes Institute of Political Studies (2006), she spent two years working in Togo, before relocating to AFD's headquarters. She oversees numerous urban projects, particularly those involving solid waste management.
