Overview

Jérôme Bertrand-Hardy is an agronomist engineer and holds a Master's Degree from the Graduate Business School, IAE of Paris. After working as a consultant in the urban water sector, he joined AFD in 1998 as head of project financing in the water and electricity sectors in Africa. He joined Proparco in 2001 and managed the Infrastructure and Mining Department from 2006 to 2010, before being appointed Deputy Investment Director.
