Matthew Arndt has over twenty years of international experience in the transport sector – particularly in the rail, road and urban sectors. He graduated from the École Centrale Paris and started his career as a researcher at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore (USA), where he analyzed the impacts that underground systems have on urban development.
