Simon Hulka Simon is working within the ESG Sustainability Advice & Solutions Department of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) principally advising on the effects of wind energy on birds and bats and helping to solve wind-wildlife issues for IFC-financed projects globally. Simon has 20 years’ experience working as a research ecologist for on- andoffshore renewable energy projects and holds a Ph.D. from the Division of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, University of Glasgow, UK.
