Overview

Jean-Claude Houssou gained a degree in engineering from SUP GALILEE and joined EDF in 1991, fulfilling a range of roles in nuclear power plants and at corporate level. From 2005 to 2008 he was in charge of the management arm responsible for the safety of nuclear installations. From 2008 to 2012 he was a plant director and then production director, before joining EDF Group's international development department as Access to Energy Group Manager for developing countries, his current role.
