Jean-Louis Baroux has 45 years’ experience in the airline industry. In 1991, he founded APG Global Associates, the world’s leading sales and distribution network for airlines and he is also founder and President of APG World Connect and APG Academy. Jean-Louis Baroux is the author of The Airlines: The Failure of an Industry, (LID Publishing, 2013); Transport aérien : une profession au bord de la crise de nerfs, (Archipel, 2012), and Terror over the Vatican (Archipel, 2014).p
