Jean-Luc Perron Jean-Luc Perron was one of the driving forces behind Fondation Grameen Crédit Agricole where he has been Executive Officer since 2008. After working as a financial advisor to the French Ministry of Agriculture, he joined Crédit Agricole in 1985. He is a graduate of École nationale d’administration (ENA) and of the Stanford Executive Program.
