Overview

Lionel Franceschini joined AFD in 2014 as Transport Project Manager following 13 years at the Ministry of Transport where he worked on the renovation of navigation structures and the awarding of public-private partnership contracts. A public works engineer, he is involved in port and airport operations in locations such as Morocco, Mauritius and French Overseas Territories.
