Overview

Siby Diabira is an Investment Officer in the Private Equity Division and the focal point for IFC’s fragile states program (IFC SME Venture). Prior to joining PROPARCO in 2014, Siby worked at PWC and BNP Paribas in the structured financing teams. She holds a Master’s Degree in Financial and Tax Engineering from the University of the Sorbonne, as well as a Business Management diploma from the University of California, San Diego.
