Overview

Stéphane Carcas has been a project manager and transport sector specialist for the Sustainable Transport and Energy Division at Agence Française de Développement (AFD) since 2005. His brief covers road, rail, port and airport financing. Stéphane is a civil, water and forestry engineer (ICPEF) at the French Ministry of the Environment where he worked for nine years before being seconded to AFD.
